I took newly implemented re-brand elements and expounded them into a system across all platforms including packaging, trade show spaces, brochures, advertisements, business cards, labels, tags, and presentation materials for pitches while art directing a small team and overseeing production.
Misty Mountain is a deeply rooted company that hand makes comfortable and dependable rock climbing gear. I evaluated the philosophy and history of the company to create a new representation of their strong core attributes. I developed a new lively, energized graphic voice to appeal to the future market of rock climbers. I shot and edited the climbing photography to brand a strong and timeless identity. This project demonstrates/highlights my photo editing skills, ability to perpetuate a brand’s aesthetic, logo design, web design, and exhibit space design.
Chakras is a cannabis oil brand with flavors based on the different chakras of your body.
I designed a landing page, the image treatment style as a template for the visual identity, label badges, and packaging design.
The objective of this project was to develop a consistent graphic voice for an existing company through digital, print, and environmental platforms. Extensive company research led to the discovery of inconsistencies in Aeromexico’s dated branding. I bridged the gaps and corrected those deviations with the creation of my new brand promise and graphic language inspired by Mexican mosaic art.
While still paying homage to Aeromexico’s existing logo, my logo is still based on the current eagle warrior, but represents the same idea in a new, fresh, and modern way. I developed a new logo and visual style that is sleek while still capturing the spirit and tradition of Mexico.
Kirkland is the staple brand sold at Costco. Costco is a unique space to design in, as the retail displays and forklift pallets are one in the same. I capitalized on this use of modular forms that stack and interlock, creating unity of the forklift pallet, package design, and products. My team of two designers carried out this modular theme from conception to complete prototypes. This brand driver revitalized the company identity and form development. We collaborated to design visually pleasing products and an intelligent new in-store environment that utilizes space and eases way finding for consumers.
When assigned to create an original book of a topic of my choice, I decided to design and create a book about The Salton Sea named Salt + Bone. This sea was accidentally created by man. It is now an abandoned wasteland in the middle of a California desert. This book is a curation of my graphic design and personal photography. I crushed the fish fossils collected on site to make a tactile book cover. I wove the DNA of The Salton Sea into my story. Salt + Bone demonstrates my mastery of editorial design, sequence design, typography skills, and storytelling ability.

This is an exhibition of work that reflects my personal interest in adaptable architecture. I curated a body of work to be on display at the A+D Museum in Los Angeles, envisioning a rebrand of the institution as well. Based on the idea of moveable structures, I expressed an expandable graphic identity. I then applied this identity system throughout a book to be a take away from the exhibit for the hypothetical museum-goers. This project underscores my thorough understanding of typography, layout, editorial design, logo design, environmental graphic design and web design.

We were tasked with creating new brand appeal for Millennials and Generation Z coffee drinkers. With a team of two graphic designers, a product designer, and a photographer, we tailored new uses for Nestlé Coffee-mate resulting in an innovative product redesign. We focused on customer interaction, retail/POP displays, product offerings, and prediction of future trends.
I wanted to design packaging that brought the farmers’ market vibe to the aisles of Sprouts grocery stores.
I crafted my idea by creating package design that is formed to the product and offers the best protection using minimal materials. Local and fresh, natural and sustainable, hand-crafted and healthy are my brand drivers. My Sprouts project showcases my capacity to design packaging systems.
The objective of this project was to explore the anatomy of bottles and package a beverage. I choose tequila and was inspired by Mexican handcrafted ceramic tile.
